Important Definitions for Weeks 1 - 5

Cardiovascular endurance- When your heart and lungs work together to provide oxygen to your body. It then allows you to exercise for a period of time.
Muscular endurance- the ability for a group of muscles to perform repetitive motions for a period of time.

Empathy- Being aware of the feelings of others and being respectful of their point of view.

Respect- A way of treating or thinking about someone or something in a positive way.

Integrity- The quality of being honest, and having strong moral principles. Example: Doing the right or honest thing, even when no one is watching.
